Dougspoolspa offers civil engineering services and technical consultancy for commercial aquatic infrastructures, including Olympic pools, advanced purification systems (S.P.A.), and water treatment plants for hotels, clubs, and sports complexes in Argentina. Services are provided exclusively on a B2B basis.

The client agrees to provide accurate and complete technical information about the project, including plans, site specifications, and local regulatory requirements. Dougspoolspa will not be liable for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
All renders, plans, calculation reports, and technical documents presented on this site or generated during the provision of the service are the property of Dougspoolspa until full settlement of the contract. The client may not reproduce, distribute, or use such materials for purposes other than those agreed upon without express authorization.
Dougspoolspa will not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or business interruption of the client arising from the use of the services, except in cases of proven fraud or gross negligence. Dougspoolspa's maximum liability is limited to the value of the contracted service for the specific project.
Services are formalized through a written contract specifying scope, deadlines, deliverables, and payment conditions. No work will be considered initiated until the contract is signed and the agreed advance payment is received. Any modification to the original scope must be agreed upon in writing and may involve adjustments to the budget and schedule.
The client may cancel the service with 30 calendar days' notice, by written notification. In the event of cancellation, the client must pay for work actually performed up to the date of notification, plus non-recoverable costs incurred. Dougspoolspa reserves the right to terminate the service if the client breaches their contractual obligations.
Dougspoolspa reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page with a new update date. Continued use of the site after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any dispute will be resolved in the ordinary courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires.
